THE STAGES BEFORE ESTABLISHING BUJKA IN INDONESIA:

    • 1. Eligibility Check: in accordance with Indonesian regulations before establishing.
    • 2. Required Documents: construction service business license, audited financial statement, Indonesia’s representative identification and statement letter
    • 3.Submit Application: through the Indonesian Construction Service Development Board (LPJK) and obtain the approval
    • 4. Obtain the Ministry of Public Works and Housing approval for construction representative office
    • 5. Complete Registration: through the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, obtain Tax Id Number, open a local bank account and ensure compliance with local regulations
